Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Corporate Recruiter based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet client needs. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, partnering with hiring managers, managing the full-cycle recruitment process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain a talent pipeline, leverage various sourcing techniques, and contribute to workforce planning efforts. Qualifications Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology Knowledge of employment laws and best hiring practices Ability to analyze hiring data and provide actionable insights for workforce planning Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and team members Experience in staffing for various roles, including general labor, administrative, and skilled positions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a staffing agency or similar environment is highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
