Position Title: Clinical Associate - Oncology ICU (Full-time)
Our organization is looking for a board-certified or board-eligible intensivist to become a part of our vibrant Oncology Critical Care team within the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to patients in the ICU, executing advanced medical procedures, and facilitating multidisciplinary rounds. There are options available for nocturnal or hybrid (nocturnal/daytime) coverage.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the care of critically ill patients in a specialized 8-bed Oncology ICU.
- Conduct procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial catheterization, and chest tube placement.
- Work collaboratively with oncologists, critical care fellows, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff.
- MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility in Critical Care.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
