This position is accountable for the development of strategic and operational goals specific to the department. This position provides overall life-cycle project management with responsibility to provide expertise, coordination, direction, and oversight on multiple projects simultaneously. Ensures compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), NFPA/NEC, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and other regulatory agency requirements, as well as following Adena Health System policies. Decisions are made independently or in collaboration with others. This position has no direct patient care. Accesses confidential, organizational information and health system funds.Minimum QualificationsRequired Educational Degree: Bachelor's degree, Certified Healthcare Facility Manager or equivalent work experienceMajor/Area of Concentration: Business Administration.
