Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is looking for a hands-on, results-driven Recruiting Branch Manager to lead our Montgomery branch.
- Drive sales and develop new business opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a successful recruiting team
- Manage branch budgets, P&L, and financial performance
- Build strong client relationships and grow existing accounts
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates
What you bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in high volume office
- Experience managing budgets and P&L
- Strong sales, leadership, and business development skills
