Experience utilizing project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with steel fabrication procedures and methods. General understanding of construction means, methods, and field operations. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between internal departments, customers, and leadership teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to company standards.The ideal candidate will have project management experience within a construction, steel fabrication, or infrastructure environment and be comfortable driving schedules, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and managing project execution from kickoff through completion.Responsibilities Review project proposals, plans, specifications, and contracts to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and departmental deliverables. Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, and production teams to support efficient project execution. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales teams, and company leadership regarding project status and progress. Track communications, project updates, and key milestones throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor risks and identify potential issues that could impact project success, implementing corrective actions as needed. Prepare status reports, performance updates, and recommendations for management. Represent the company in project meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, and project integration activities. Provide technical and analytical guidance to project stakeholders and support teams.
