Tax Director

Leading the Tax and Audit function, the full-time Senior Global Director of Tax will develop global tax strategies, manage compliance and audits across multiple jurisdictions, and coordinate with external advisors in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the global tax strategy, including compliance and tax-efficient expansion planning Establish and maintain a global tax compliance calendar and manage relationships with global tax advisors and audit partners Oversee U.S. benefit plan audits and coordinate statutory audits, ensuring timely and compliant execution across jurisdictions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, Business, or related field required CPA, JD, LLM in Tax, Chartered Tax Advisor, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent strongly preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in tax, audit, or financial compliance, particularly in multinational settings Prior experience with acquisition integration and multi-country external auditor coordination is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
