Administrative Case Management Staff Member

HealthActons seeks a highly motivated staff member to handle administrative case management for patient care. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Stride EMR Management
• Referral conversions to new patients
• Patient scheduling
• Deductible and copay collection
• Patient data entry, chart setup and maintenance
• Case management correspondence with doctors and case managers
• Front office logs, records management

Requirements:
