Job Description
Dealing with people is an essential part of the job. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Grammar skills are essential. This position requires organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy; strong time management skills.
The position is unique in that it requires sales as well as purchasing responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include, maintaining relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts. Target potential customers and develop relationships in order to acquire new accounts. Resolve customer issues/problems. Responsible for negotiating pricing and delivery and purchasing product from vendors to fulfill customer needs.
