As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for providing patients with a high-quality experience both in the office and over the phone. Your duties may include handling patient inquiries in our Phone Center, greeting patients at the Front Desk in the Check-In role, or assisting with treatment planning and financial discussions in the Check-Out role. The Details… Our Business Associates typically work five 9-hour shifts per week, with limited late evening shifts. You will have the opportunity to work at both our Cambridge and Easton locations, providing flexibility and variety in your work environment.
