Heartline Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel RN Hospice for a home health and hospice assignment in Augusta, Georgia.

This role supports adult and geriatric patients in a home-based hospice setting, focusing on end-of-life care, symptom management, and patient/family support. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and is comfortable working independently in the field.

Compensation:
40 Hours: Gross $2,126/week | W2 $22/hr | Stipend $1,246/week
Overtime: $33/hr

Schedule:
• Night shift, 5x8
• Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 12-week assignment
• 7 on / 7 off rotation
• Every third weekend required
• Call required approximately 2 days per month

Unit Details:
• Home Health / Hospice setting
• Adult and geriatric patient population
• Average 6 visits per day
• Daily census approximately 100
• Patient ratio 1:10
• EMR systems: HCHB and iPrescribe

Responsibilities:
• Provide hospice and end-of-life nursing care in the home setting
• Perform pain management and symptom control interventions
• Educate and support patients and families
• Administer medications and manage care plans
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care team and medical director
• Accurately document patient care and clinical updates
Requirements:

• Active GA RN license or Compact RN license required at submission
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• First-time travelers are not accepted
• BLS certification required
• Home Health / Hospice experience required
• Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills required
