In this key leadership role, you’ll help drive service excellence, develop frontline talent, and support business growth across your assigned district. What You'll Do As a Route Manager, you'll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives Conducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptly Supporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed Driving growth and performance across your district through service excellence Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development Maintaining strong relationships with customers and reinforcing our service commitment Performing all other duties as assigned with a proactive, team-first mindset Other duties as required. This position is designed for career progression into higher leadership roles. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience , with a proven track record of leading teams Experience in training, goal setting, employee development , and day-to-day team management Strong customer service and communication skills Clean driving record that meets company standards (CDL Class A required, or willing to obtain one) Ability to travel up to 50% Willingness and ability to operate a delivery route when needed Military experience highly valued and encouraged Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required Benefits of working at Prudential Overall Supply: Competitive hourly rate.
