You’ll help us deliver strategic initiatives and optimize vendor relationships, making a meaningful impact on our business.As a Vice President in Securities Services Finance & Business Management (F&BM), you will support the Funds Services Technology and Product teams by driving key strategic initiatives and managing vendor relationships. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping to identify and mitigate business risks while finding opportunities for improvement. This dynamic role offers exposure to multiple lines of business and the chance to make a real difference in our operations.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain vendor databases and contracts, including approvals, onboarding, invoicing, and reportingLead monthly vendor governance meetings with technology, product, finance, and controllers, providing analysis and reportingContribute to annual planning, financial forecasting, and reporting, and coordinate materials for business reviews and scorecardsConduct ad-hoc analysis for product and senior management, especially during planning cyclesCollaborate across teams to support weekly and monthly processes, including forecasting, accruals, and other initiativesProduce and present data and analytics clearly, accurately, and on time to all levels of senior management with Technology and ProductEnsure data integrity across systems by resolving discrepanciesFoster a culture of partnership and operational excellenceSupport the management, coaching, and development of junior team membersRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fieldDetail-oriented with the ability to deliver accurate, timely reporting and analyticsProficiency with Microsoft Excel or AccessSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and prioritization skillsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsPrior experience in a Business Management or COO roleExperience supporting multiple lines of business or working in a dynamic environmentMaster's Degree preferredTo be eligible for this role, you must be authorized to work in the United States.
