General Laborer – Warehouse Operations

Location: Verona

Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays. Employees must also be available to report as early as 4:00 AM when needed.

Position Summary

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated General Laborers to support warehouse operations in both the Master Flux Department and Material Handling areas. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately throughout the facility.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
  
• Assist with daily tasks within the Master Flux Department.
  
• Support material handling operations by transporting, organizing, and staging materials.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  
• Follow all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
  
• Work overtime and adjusted start times as required.
  
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisors.
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
  
• Ability to lift and move materials consistently throughout the shift.
  
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods.
  
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
