Changeover Laborer

Position Details POSITION: Changeover Laborer Department: Operations Reports to: Operations Manager Responsibilities Timely and accurate changeovers between different operational setups or shifts. Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are ready for use during changeover process. Conduct inspection to identify issues. Events changeovers include moving, arranging, setting and removal of items needed for events such as stages, tables, chairs, barricades, linens, and equipment. For equestrian events, changeover may include assembly and disassembly of animal penning. Cleaning and upkeep of buildings as part of changeover, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, cleaning toilets, urinals, mirrors, walls, arena seats, and trash cans. Cleaning may include clean-up during and after events. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Previous custodial experience preferred. Skills and Abilities Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays. Ability to promote safety and communicate effectively in emergency situations.
