bout the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Host to join the Jean-Georges Restaurant team. As the first point of contact, you create a warm welcome and set the tone for a memorable dining experience. This role is part of the Restaurant & Bar team and works closely with service and culinary colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists to optimize guest flow
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize the dining experience
• Communicate clearly with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and thoughtfully
• Maintain an organized host stand and accurate reservation system
• Uphold Four Seasons service standards at all times
