Delivery Associate
Amazon Delivery Service Partners (Various DSPs Hiring)
As a Delivery Associate at Velocity Express Logistics, you will safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Drivers are expected to work independently, follow assigned routes and schedules, operate company-provided vehicles safely, and maintain communication with dispatch and management throughout the day.
Responsibilities:- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and business locations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times
- Load, unload, and organize packages within the delivery vehicle
- Operate company-provided delivery vehicles safely and responsibly
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Navigate varying weather and road conditions, including nighttime driving
- Work independently while managing time effectively
- Maintain communication with dispatch and management as needed
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required (Probationary licenses are not accepted)
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable driving and delivering at night and in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Reliable smartphone for communication purposes
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability required
