Generative AI Solutions Architect (Boston)

Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with customers to improve their workload performance and reduce infrastructure costs.
• Leading and developing proof‑of‑concepts for AI solutions applied to the Consumer Internet industry, including areas like LLMs and recommenders, and building collateral (notebook/code) as needed.
• Continuously scanning the Gen AI landscape: model releases, orchestration frameworks, prompt‑engineering trends and assess fit for our roadmap.
• Establishing engineering standards for code quality, observability, cost‑efficient LLM usage, and secure development.
• Developing and debugging software and open‑source AI frameworks and libraries.
• Partnering with software engineering, product, and sales teams to secure design wins and drive the development of innovative solutions based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an AI/Software Engineer with proven track record coding in Python and/or C++ with popular AI software libraries and GPUs.
• Design of end‑to‑end solutions as an architect or senior engineer; proven Tech Lead for small, agile teams and the ability to work through others.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and influence decision‑makers with a calm, measured style.
