Night shift (19:00 - 07:00) with a variable weekend schedule.

Job Description

The NICU RN will provide specialized nursing care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This position requires a strong foundation in neonatal care, including the management of complex conditions and the administration of various treatments.

Responsibilities

Manage patient care for neonates with advanced conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient needs.
Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Educate families on neonatal care and support.
Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
Participate in floating as necessary between units.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN license (compact preferred).
Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience.
Certifications: BLS, NRPS.
Experience with Epic charting system.
