Learn more at: Position Overview Electroimpact is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support and expand the company’s marketing efforts. This position will be responsible for managing digital content, social media, email marketing, website updates, and company marketing materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain and grow the company YouTube channel, including creating, editing, and publishing video content Manage the company LinkedIn page and develop content for weekly posts Build and maintain an email marketing database Develop email marketing content and execute monthly email blasts Prepare updates, additions, and new content for the company website Develop and maintain the company catalog, brochures, and other marketing collateral Create graphics, presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials for digital and print media Assist with photography, videography, and visual content creation Coordinate with engineering, sales, and company leadership to gather content and highlight company products, projects, and accomplishments Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual presentation across all marketing platforms Monitor and recommend improvements to increase marketing effectiveness and audience engagement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Proficiency with graphic design, content creation, and video editing software Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and website content management Preferred Qualifications Experience managing company social media accounts and YouTube channels Experience creating marketing collateral for both digital and print media Knowledge of website management and SEO best practices Photography, videography, and video editing experience Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical products Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work. Examples may include graphic design projects, marketing materials, social media campaigns, website content, email marketing, videos, photography, catalogs, brochures, presentations, or other creative work. The portfolio should demonstrate strong design skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively through visual and written content.
