Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team. Full time - 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front desk point person, greeting patients and handling scheduling. You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it’s fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections. Familiarity with scheduling software and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Experience Needed:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Professional: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
