Whether you're experienced or just getting started, if you're committed to quality and eager to grow, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily lawn and landscape tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanupsOperate commercial equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools)Ensure job sites are left clean, orderly, and professionally finishedMaintain, clean, and inspect equipment before and after useFollow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times (steel/composite toe boots required)Report any equipment issues, job site concerns, or customer feedback to your Crew Leader or SupervisorAssist with snow and ice management operations during the winter season (if applicable)RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's licenseMust be 18 years or olderAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong time management and problem-solving skillsReliable transportation to our facility or designated job sitesA positive attitude, team-first mindset, and strong attention to detailPrior landscaping, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred (but not required—we train the right candidates!)What We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceCareer advancement opportunities in a growing companyA supportive, safety-focused work environmentOngoing training and leadership developmentCompany-provided uniforms and equipment to make your job easier and saferA chance to be part of a company committed to raising industry standards and delivering exceptional client serviceNewer equipment and state of the art technologySalary Description $19 - $24.00 Hourly, Based on Experience
