This contract position offers speech-language pathologists the chance to work with elementary, middle, and high school students, collaborating with a dynamic team of SLPs and SLPAs. Whether you’re seeking full-time (40 hours/week) or interested in a part-time schedule, your expertise in speech therapy will be valued across several schools in the area.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or related field)
  • Active SLP license in Georgia
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in a school or healthcare setting
  • Comfort with teletherapy platforms as needed
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

What You’ll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with educational goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, fellow SLPs, SLPAs, and support staff to best serve students’ needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and professional standards (No Medicaid billing required!)
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support families with resources and information
  • Utilize both in-person and occasional teletherapy modalities

The schools are conveniently located just north of Atlanta and west of Decatur, making this position accessible from Decatur, Athens, Suwanee, Alpharetta, Norcross, Dacula, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Buford, Lilburn, Grayson, Hoschton, and Duluth.
