Missions
En tant que Sales Development Representative (SDR), vous tes le premier point de contact entre REJOLT et nos prospects BtoB (organisateurs d'vnements au sein d'entreprises)
Votre objectif ? Identifier, qualifier et gnrer des leads qualifis pour nos Account Managers. Vous jouez un rle cl dans notre stratgie d'acquisition clients.
Vos principales activits
- Prospecter des leads (inbound & outbound) via email, tlphone, LinkedIn, vnements, etc.
- Qualifier les leads entrants (via CRM, formulaire, etc.) et les transformer en opportunits commerciales
- Mettre jour le CRM (HubSpot) de manire rigoureuse
- Collaborer avec les quipes marketing pour optimiser les campagnes d'acquisition
- Participer l'amlioration continue des process Sales

Nos bureaux sont situs au cur d'un quartier trs commerant, et donnent sur une place au calme, en plein cur de Paris, faciles d'accs en transport en commun

Comptences requises
Premire exprience en SDR
BAC + 3/5
BTS vente / Ecole de commerce
Anglais bon niveau
Comptences et savoir-tre requis
Vous motiv(e), rsilient(e) et avez une vraie apptence pour la vente
Vous aimez convaincre, vous savez couter et poser les bonnes questions
Vous faites preuve de persvrance et ne vous dcouragez pas face aux refus
Vous matrisez l'anglais de manire professionnelle
Vous tes structur(e) et organis(e)
Une premire exprience en prospection / vente B2B est ncessaire
