Job Title: Operations Analyst Company Overview Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned, global IT staffing and recruiting firm supporting enterprise clients across the USA and Canada. Project Description Our client, a leading enterprise organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support Custody, Securities, Investment, and Wealth Management Operations functions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process client account updates and data maintenance requests Support cash and securities transfer activities Manage cash disbursements and receipts Generate and interpret operational reports using BOXI Coordinate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure accurate, timely processing Maintain quality, confidentiality, and client-service standards Mandatory Skills Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP) Data amendments & account maintenance Custody Operations Securities Operations Investment Operations Wealth Management Operations Capital Markets (Equities & Fixed Income) Cash management & reconciliation BOXI Reporting Nice-to-Have Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field 2+ years of experience in investment, securities, custody, or wealth management operations Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
