We are looking for a highly organized Client Team Support Associate to provide administrative support to senior leaders and help keep daily office operations running efficiently in McLean, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally, and handling a wide range of coordination tasks with accuracy. The right candidate will bring strong experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with a proactive approach to scheduling, travel arrangements, and document management.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate complex calendars for managing directors and executive team members, ensuring meetings and appointments are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
• Arrange business travel plans, including itineraries, transportation, and related logistics, while keeping leaders informed of any updates.
• Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain business documents and records to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Review, submit, and track expense reports and invoices with close attention to detail and timeliness.
• Provide front-office and administrative support, including answering inbound calls and responding to routine requests professionally.
• Enter and update information in internal records and spreadsheets, maintaining accuracy across administrative data.
• Support general office activities by handling filing, correspondence, and other coordination tasks as needed.
• Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to create reports, manage information, and support team priorities.• At least 3 years of administrative or office support experience in a business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to support senior executives or leadership teams effectively.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with particular proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling expense or invoice processing.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including a strong phone presence.
• High attention to detail in document handling, data entry, and record maintenance.
