DARCARS of Fairfax is now hiring for a Certified Technician / Mechanic!

What We Offer
- Top Pay: $30 – $50+ / hr flat rate (based on experience) + huge seniority bonus can exceed $8500 per year.
- No Weekends: Monday through Friday schedule to keep your life balanced. Are you highly skilled? lets’ Discuss 4 day work week
- Modern Shop: Fully heated, A/C-equipped, and packed with the latest factory diagnostics.
- Day-One Perks: up to $7,500 sign-on bonus based on your level and experience, fully funded ongoing training including ASE training, certification and recertification +VSI Training.
- Are you fully trained? let’s Talk mentoring the next generation of technicians with a salary + commission comp plan that is on of the best in the industry
- Experience: 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Gear: Your own master set of tools and a valid driver's license.
- Mindset: A strong drive to flag high hours and fix it right the first time.
