Why You’ll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Medical & Dental Insurance for full-time employees Paid overtime Ongoing training & professional support Supportive and responsive office team Employee & client referral bonuses What You’ll Do Personal care: bathing, grooming, hygiene Meal preparation and light housekeeping Sweeping, washing dishes, laundry, taking out trash Assistance with appointments and running errands Grocery shopping as needed Providing companionship and emotional support Maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment Communicating with the client’s family and care team Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA Experience assisting clients with fall risk and limited mobility Comfortable providing incontinence and personal care Able to assist with mobility and daily activities Patient, reliable, attentive, and compassionate Prior caregiving experience preferred Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & current auto insurance High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass a background check Current TB test Shifts Weekdays Some Saturdays
11 AM - 7 PM
Client Considerations: The client has Bipolar II disorder and dementia and requires assistance with daily activities and safety monitoring.
