Order SelectorsWe are currently hiring Order Selectors for multiple companies throughout the Raleigh area. Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Order Selectors are responsible for accurately selecting, organizing, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesSelect and organize products according to customer ordersBuild and prepare pallets for shipmentSafely move and handle products throughout the warehouseMaintain accuracy while meeting productivity expectationsFollow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelinesAssist with loading, unloading, and general warehouse duties as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaPreferred ExperiencePrevious experience in any of the following areas is a plus:Wholesale distributionWarehouse or order selectionShipping and receivingMaterial handlingLoading and unloadingBuilding-material distributionConstructionLandscapingMovingRetail stockingWe're more interested in your work ethic and ability to handle the job than having a specific job title on your resume. Experience in physically demanding or fast-paced work can translate well into an order selection position.QualificationsReliable attendance and dependable transportationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform physically demanding work for extended periodsAbility to lift and move products as required by the positionStrong attention to detail and accuracyWillingness to learn warehouse equipment and processesPowered equipment experience is a plus, including pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment, depending on the position.
