What You’ll Be Doing:

• Program & Classroom Logistics: Handle classroom set-up/tear-down and provide live admin support during L&D training sessions.

• Scheduling & Calendars: Coordinate training events, reserve rooms, and streamline logistics across the team.

• Data & File Management: Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, and manage L&D inventory and storage.

• Operations Support: Submit work orders for training equipment/facilities and manage shared team mailboxes and service requests.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (additional admin education/certifications are a bonus!).

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Stellar organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and top-tier communication.

• A team player with a customer-service mindset and great problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• File Management: Organizing and maintaining digital and physical files to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Data Entry: Accurately inputting and updating training records, attendance, and other relevant data into our systems.
• Calendar Reservation and Organization: Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Work Order Submission: Submitting and tracking work orders related to training facilities and equipment
• Program Set-Up and Classroom Support: Set up and tear down classrooms for programs, provide administrative support during the programs
• Storage and Inventory Management: Manage and organize current inventory and learning materials for Learning and Development
• Administrative Duties: Manage shared team mailboxes, learning-related communications, and service requests
