Position Available:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Retail Banker III at our Gulf Shores, Alabama location. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the continued success of our organization while advancing your career in a collaborative and supportive banking environment.

As a Retail Banker III, you will provide exceptional customer service, develop and strengthen customer relationships, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate banking solutions. You will also support branch sales objectives, perform account and transaction services, and assist with overall branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday. Some travel to other branch locations within Baldwin County when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking experience required.
• Experience with cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and processing financial transactions accurately.
• Experience opening new consumer deposit accounts and servicing existing customer accounts.
• Strong sales and customer service experience, including identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and meet performance goals.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
