What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2+ years of apartment community experience; large-property background preferred
High energy, resident-focused personality
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a leasing team
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Professional writing and grammar skills for resident communications
Experience with Entrata is a plus

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting the hiring, training, and scheduling of front office staff
Driving leasing goals through effective marketing and sales techniques
Assisting with rent collection and achieving delinquency goals
Ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment
Managing resident requests with a customer-first mindset
Helping to track purchase orders and invoices
Promoting community events and engagement efforts
Maintaining thorough knowledge of all leasing procedures and rental info
