Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) - K-3 & High School Life Skills | 2026-2027 School Year Location: Harvard, IL Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite School Year: August 10, 2026 - May 20, 2027 Salary: $58,000-$75,000 annually (based on experience) Position Details Full-time, onsite position School year: August 10, 2026 - May 20, 2027 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM Supporting students across two school buildings K-3 elementary students High school life skills program Collaborative therapy department with additional OT and COTA support Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy evaluations, treatment, and consultation services Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation Support students in developing the fine motor, sensory, self-care, and functional skills needed for success in the school environment Qualifications Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) required Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $58,000-$75,000 Full-time school schedule with holidays and school breaks Collaborative and supportive therapy team Opportunity to make a lasting impact on students across multiple grade levels Make a Difference Across Two Supportive School Communities!
