Engineering Program Manager

Engineering Program Manager will work full-time in a remote capacity to define and design solutions for voice services, collaborating with engineering and business stakeholders while managing the release and supporting the caregiver community. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to define and design voice service solutions Manage the release of solutions and establish their identity within the ecosystem Engage with caregivers and support the caregiver community throughout the solution lifecycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of related contact center experience Deep knowledge of contact center projects, strategy, and architecture Familiarity with Cisco/Webex technologies is strongly preferred Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
