Key Responsibilities: This role ensures data accuracy, assists with invoice delivery, and performs routine reconciliations to support revenue integrity. Generate and distribute recurring and one-time telecom service invoices. Validate billing data using internal systems and spreadsheets. Respond to basic customer billing inquiries and elevate issues as needed. Maintain customer records and ensure correct billing setup and account mapping. Support monthly billing close processes and audit readiness.
