Collections Account Manager (Mid-Level)

Collections Account Manager (Mid-Level) We're looking for an experienced Collections Account Manager to join our team! This role is a great fit for someone who's comfortable managing collections accounts, working directly with customers to find payment solutions, and staying organized in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. Candidates for the Collections Account Manager position must have some previous collections experience. If you've got a strong handle on account management and enjoy hitting targets, you'll fit right in here. Schedule for the Collections Account Manager: MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM 2 evening shifts/week (12:00 PM 9:00 PM) Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM Full-time (40 hours/week) Compensation & Benefits $16/hour (increase upon conversion) Uncapped monthly bonuses (Day 1 eligibility) Paid holidays, PTO, and 401(k) Full benefits after probation Team incentives and recognition programs Key Responsibilities for the Collections Account Manager: Manage and resolve delinquent accounts Meet call volume and collections targets Negotiate payment plans and settlements Follow up until account resolution Perform skip tracing and update accounts Document all activity accurately Ensure FDCPA compliance Qualifications for the Collections Account Manager: Direct collections experience as an Account Manager (required) High School Diploma or equivalent Strong communication and negotiation skills Organized with ability to manage multiple accounts Basic computer skills Ability to work required schedule
