Job Title

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Maintain machine and area cleanliness.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment.
• Work in a safe manner and maintain safe work area.
• Reports all potentially unsafe conditions.
• Operates Chain-on-Edge machines, turbo spray booth and Dip Line.
• Operates the Roll Coater (Supervisor's discretion)
• Maintains required level of efficiency; runs equipment at the required line speed.
• Monitor equipment as required.
• Must verify components.
• Must notify dispatcher in a timely manner.
• Knows the conforming and non-conforming definition and process.
• Cleaning booths and dip line as needed.
• Must fill out all Production Reports.
• Operator must cement parts according to process sheets.
• Since it is impossible to foresee every situation in production needs, you may be assigned responsibilities outside the scope of the job description to meet production needs.

Requirements:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other plant personnel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy to completion of scheduled tasks.
• Must be able to operate equipment correctly, efficiently, and safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to lift 20 – 40 lbs.
