Their client list already includes Palantir, Cognition, Decagon, and Abridge. They 8x’d revenue last year, just closed a $20M Series A, and are backed by Felicis, Scale, A, BOND*, and founders of YouTube, Instacart, and Canva.They’re 110 people, evolving into a multi-product, multi-vertical platform, and they need someone to own the growth engine that gets them there.The RoleThis is a full-ownership seat: strategy, budget, execution. You’ll own paid acquisition and the broader demand gen engine, running the primary growth channels while building a scalable system for testing and expanding into new ones. The goal over the next 12 months is explicit — make paid acquisition the largest and most efficient source of new pipeline the company has. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Marketing, Product, and Sales, and you’ll have real influence over how a fast-scaling, multi-product platform grows.What you’ll own:Paid acquisition strategy and execution across primary channels (paid search, paid social) — managing significant budgets with disciplined CAC/CPL targetsChannel experimentation — designing tests with clear hypotheses, benchmarks, and decision criteria, and launching new acquisition channels from zeroGrowth marketing budget ownership, CAC/CPL targets, and channel performance reporting against quarterly pipeline goalsAcquisition strategy for new product launches — from launch through scaleCross-functional partnership with PMM, Content, and Sales on creative, messaging, landing page strategy, and signal-based growth playsThe CompanyThey’re building a new foundation for how companies hire — combining specialized human recruiters with AI agents that actually understand hiring, rather than replacing judgment with automation.
