Marketing Intern

This is a 2026 internship running through the end of the year, with the potential to continue and increase hours for the right fit.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production & EditingProduce and edit short-form video and photo content for social media and paid ad campaigns.Support production for the Measure What We Value workshops and annual Summit, including on-site filming, interviews, and event recap content.Film, capture, and edit video/audio content for The Rachael Maves Show, including episode segments, promos, and social cutdowns.Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and a searchable content library.Marketing & Brand SupportBring a marketing lens to every piece of content thinking about audience, platform, and purpose.Ensure all content aligns with Parsec's brand identity and voice across digital platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign and event goals into engaging visual content.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst and broader marketing team to prioritize and schedule content production.Coordinate with Field and Community team members to capture content at events and workshops.Stay current on social media and content trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team.ExperienceExperience producing video content for public-facing use this could come from local events, school, content creation, or similar hands-on production work.Comfortable with Adobe editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro) and standard video production and social media platforms.Comfortable behind a camera and with basic lighting and audio setups framing interviews, controlling exposure, shaping light in imperfect rooms, and capturing clean sound with lavs or a shotgun mic.A creative eye paired with technical know-how you can shoot clean footage and edit it into something polished.Ability to think like a marketer: understanding how content serves a broader goal, not just how it looks.Hard-working, hungry, and eager to learn in a highly collaborative, fast-paced tech environment.Aligns with Parsec's core values: partner success, innovation, integrity, student-centered, and humor.Requirements:Available to work in-office in our Downtown Fresno office, 1525 hours per weekA reel, portfolio, or 23 samples of video work submitted with your applicationAbility to travel locally for events and the annual SummitValid California driver's licenseAbility to lift and carry event and production equipment (up to 50 lbs)What Youll Gain:Real-world paid production experience across a full content calendar a show, social, paid ads, and live events.Direct mentorship from our marketing team in a collaborative, supportive environment.A portfolio of public-facing work produced for a growing tech company.Potential to continue on with Parsec and grow your hours based on fit and performance.At Parsec Education, we believe in collaboration, creativity, and purpose.
