Position Overview The Short‑Term Rental Property Inspector is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of properties before and after guest stays. This role ensures homes are guest‑ready, properly maintained, and compliant with company standards. The ideal candidate is organized, observant, and takes pride in maintaining high‑quality environments. Core Duties Complete thorough walkthroughs of each property before guest check‑in and after check‑out Spot any concerns related to cleanliness, upkeep, safety hazards, or missing inventory Record all observations through photographs and comprehensive write‑ups Report shortcomings to the appropriate housekeeping, repair, and supervisory staff Confirm that requested repairs and cleaning fixes have been carried out Make sure each unit is fully staged and ready to welcome guests Carry out routine inventory counts and restocking reviews Apply today and join the Avada Properties team!
