MRI Technologist

Join to apply for the MRI Technologist role at RadNet Responsibilities Perform high quality MRI exams on incoming patients. Assure patient safety by adhering to company policies and established protocols. Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner. Understand and use TR, TE, flip angle, slice thickness, acquisitions, field of view and other adjustments and factors on the equipment to produce high quality images. Guide patients through the exam process, answering questions and addressing concerns. Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients. Safeguard patient property and Patient Health Information; safeguard on-site medications per company policies and legal requirements. Demonstrate professional behavior toward patients and coworkers and respect patient boundaries and cultural sensitivities. Establish, nurture, and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and patients. You Are Genuinely passionate about patient care with sound judgment and professionalism in all situations. Able to communicate effectively with patients, guests, and colleagues. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, and solve problems with a structured approach. To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have ARRT(R)(MR) or ARMRIT certification. State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology if applicable. Must have BLS certification. At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
