Senior Full Stack Enterprise Architect

Role: Senior Full Stack Enterprise Architect Location: Westlake TX (onsite 5 days per week) Duration: Permanent / FTE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST Role Overview Senior Full Stack Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of our client’s enterprise architecture. This role is critical to shaping modernization efforts across APIs, integrations, data, and system performance, ensuring robust, scalable applications that meet go-to-market timelines and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will bridge vision and execution, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders to design architecture that supports consumer products, addresses end-user limitations, and creates a personable, intuitive experience. Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives Drive modernization initiatives across APIs, microservices, integrations, and data platforms Build robust, consumer-driven solutions that deliver seamless and engaging user experiences Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure architectural decisions support scalability, security, and maintainability Establish best practices, design patterns, and architectural standards for development teams Ensure systems are designed for high availability, resilience, and optimal performance Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 7+ years in software development and architecture roles Expertise in full-stack development (front-end and back-end technologies) Strong knowledge of API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and integration patterns Personable and able to collaborate effectively across teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with event-driven architecture and distributed systems Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks Experience with object-oriented programming and implementation Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
