AI VIDEO EDITOR Full-Time | Remote

WE'RE HIRING!

AI VIDEO EDITOR

Full-Time | Remote

We run paid ads on Meta every single day.

We are looking for AI Video Editors only .

Not editors who “also use AI sometimes.”

Not editors who are still learning AI.

If your workflow is mainly Premiere, stock footage and traditional editing, this is not for you.

Every concept we make is generated. That is the job.

WHAT YOU’D DO

• Deliver 35 to 40 finished video concepts per month , roughly two per working day.
• Receive the script, shot list and creative direction from us. You generate and assemble.
• Create iterations and variations when required, including hook swaps, recuts, reorders and length changes.
• Turn revisions around within 24 hours.
• Keep your work moving without someone chasing you every day.
• Speak up early if something is unclear, blocked or at risk of missing a deadline.

THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO ALREADY KNOW

You should already know how to work with:

• Higgsfield
• Kling
• Veo / Google Flow
• ElevenLabs
• HeyGen
• Nano Banana Pro

We provide the tools and credits once you are hired.

We are not teaching someone how to use these tools from scratch.

If you need to Google what half of these are before applying, this probably is not the role for you.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This role is for you if:

• You generate video rather than spend your day hunting for stock footage.
• You have edited ads that actually ran on paid traffic.
• You can realistically deliver two finished concepts per working day.
• You are comfortable receiving a script, shot list and direction and executing it.
• You do not need to rewrite every concept to make it “yours.”
• You can work independently without constant follow-up.
• You communicate when something is wrong instead of disappearing until the deadline.

DO NOT APPLY IF

• You mainly edit weddings, vlogs, YouTube videos or general branded content.
• You have never edited an ad that ran on paid Meta traffic.
• You cannot realistically produce 35 to 40 concepts per month.
• You are still learning AI video-generation tools.
• You want to own the creative concept rather than execute the brief.
• You need someone to give you a new task list every morning.
• You routinely wait until a deadline to mention that something is going wrong.

THE SETUP

• Full-time
• Long-term
• Remote
• Work your own hours as long as deadlines are hit and you are responsive during agreed working windows
• AI tools and credits are provided
• Performance-based upside is available for ads that scale
• Compensation is discussed after the interview based on experience, output and the type of work you can handle

PAY

Compensation is discussed after the interview.

The final compensation will depend on your experience, output, and the type and complexity of concepts you can handle, including more advanced AI animation.

There is also additional performance-based upside tied to ads you create that scale.

HOW TO APPLY

Do not send us a CV.

Send us one Loom video, three to five minutes maximum. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE.

In the Loom:

1. Show us three to five ads you personally worked on that actually ran on paid traffic.
2. For each one, tell us exactly what your part was.
3. Show us one thing you made recently that was fully AI-generated.
4. Walk us through the tools you used and why.
5. If you have access to actual performance data such as spend, ROAS or CTR, show us. If you do not have access to the numbers, just say so.
6. Tell us how many finished concepts you can realistically deliver in one month.
7. Send your application here: View email address on click.appcast.io

No slides. Share your screen and show us the actual work.

Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed.

Send your Loom link in your application with a link to your portfolio. No Loom links means automatic rejection.
