What You’ll Do As an Optician at Pearle, you’ll play a vital role in helping our customers find the perfect eyewear to meet their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting frames and lenses that suit their style and prescription.
- Measuring and fitting eyewear to ensure optimal comfort and vision.
- Explaining lens options, features, and benefits to customers.
- Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of eyewear.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
We’re seeking a candidate who brings:
- At least 1 year of experience in an optician or related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A customer-focused mindset and a friendly attitude.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
