What You'll Do: As a Sports-Minded Brand Representative, you'll play an important role in helping grow our clients' brands by building relationships with new customers and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include: Engage face-to-face with prospective customers to educate them on current products, services, and promotions. Build relationships with customers by identifying their needs and recommending the best solutions. Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism and enthusiasm. Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive customer experience. Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives within assigned markets. Maintain accurate customer information and campaign updates. Attend daily training sessions and weekly team meetings to stay current on promotions and campaign strategies.
