• Licenses: Active IN license/IMLC • Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine • Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new grads • Other Qualifications: Effective EMR use (EPIC); strong interpersonal skills DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a full spectrum of patients • See 15–30 patients per day • Participate in 1:10 phone call rotation • Maintain documentation using EPIC EMR • Collaborate with supportive system physicians and primary care providers • Contribute to system-wide growth in an expanding health network
