Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Day Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3:30pm or 8am - 4:30pm
Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour DOE
Job Description Repair, install, adjust of manufacturing equipment such as Extruders, Printing Presses, converting, Slitters, ABM Machines and Pipeline Distribution Systems using the needed tools (standard& metric) Must provide their own tools and be able to operate Forklift, Chain hoist and Welding equipment. Main Duties:
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Main Duties:
- Conduct Preventive Maintenance & record repairs and maintenance performed.
- Record parts and materials used, and place requisition for new parts and materials as necessary.
- Analyze test results, machine error messages and information obtained from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
- Repair manufacturing equipment in all facets, provide operational up time.
- Maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment.
- Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment.
- Study blueprints and MFG manuals to determine correct installation and operation of machinery
- Demonstrate equipment functions and features to Machine Operators.
- Enter codes and instructions to program computer- controlled machinery.
