Dental Operations manager

Job description:

A well-established dental group practice is seeking an Dental Office Manager with Experience to join our growing team. Employees enjoy a competitive compensation and benefits package, flexibility, and many opportunities for growth and advancement. We’re looking for a highly driven manager to lead our staff. The ideal candidate is experienced in working in a dental office and handling all the financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Prior dental office experience
Prior dental treatment planning
Discuss procedures with patients and have a high case acceptance rate
Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
Track record of exceptional customer service experience
Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
Great administrative and organizational skills
Familiarity with dental software

Qualifications

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

Experience providing exceptional hospitality-inspired customer service in a fast-paced office
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to calculate percentages accurately and quickly using basic math skills
A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude
Outstanding teamwork skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
Excellent phone and written skills
