Order Processing Representative

Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Order Management Representative for a growing client in Raleigh, NC. This role is responsible for reviewing, processing, and accurately entering sales orders into the company’s ERP system while collaborating with internal teams to ensure order accuracy, product availability, and timely fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process sales orders in the ERP system in a timely manner
- Manage customer orders received via phone and email communication
- Provide customers with order confirmations and status updates
- Communicate order changes and related information to internal teams and customers
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability and timely order processing
- Maintain accurate order records and support overall order management operations
Requirements:
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience working with ERP systems required
- 1–2 years of experience with materials planning, BOMs, or scheduling preferred
- 2–3 years of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Outlook
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and general computer applications
