What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry units
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to patient needs promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records
- Work independently and efficiently in a small, rural facility
What You Need
- Valid NH RN license and BLS certification
- 2+ years of Medical/Surgical experience with cardiac monitoring
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of Claremont, NH
