Permitting & Data Specialist – Administrative Support

Location: Temecula, California

Compensation: $20 - $23 per hour + Bonus Opportunities

• Must have experience applying for permits.
• You are highly organized—do all your coffee cups’ handles point the same way?
• You have 2-5 years of administrative or clerical experience
• You can juggle multiple projects with precision and speed
• You have a "YES mentality" and love finding solutions
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work with urgency
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• You enjoy problem-solving and keeping projects on track and on time
• You are tech-savvy and can navigate databases, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
• Bilingual skills are a plus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Permitting & Data Entry: Work with city portals to apply for and track permits
• Team Coordination: Support the permit and inspection teams with daily administrative tasks
• Organizing & Processing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records
• Customer & Contractor Support: Respond to permit-related inquiries with speed and accuracy
• Administrative Support: Assist with emails, research, documentation, and phone calls
• Problem-Solving: Quickly adapt to changing needs and deadlines
• Any other duties as requested by your Manager
